Returns

Each map we sell is custom-printed just for you. Because of this, we’re unable to accept returns unless something goes wrong on our end.

We gladly offer refunds or free replacements for:

  • Orders damaged during shipping
  • Incorrect maps or sizing sent in error

If there’s an issue, just reach out — we’ll make it right.

Refund / Replacement Details:

We have a 15-day Refund or Replacement policy (noted above), which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a Refund or Replacement.

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must e-mail a picture of your damaged or incorrect item for us to review.  You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
